The present invention relates to a device for preventing rainwater and soil from inpouring. The device for preventing the rainwater and the soil from inpouring includes a first frame (100) installed in a rainwater discharge chamber (400) linked to an intercepting sewer; a rotation unit (110) connected to a bearing (B) fixed to the upper part of a vehicle frame (102) arranged on both sides; an opening and closing plate (120) opening and closing the rainwater discharge chamber (400) according to the amount of rainwater by being connected to a rotation unit (110); and a levelness maintaining stopper (140) controlling the closed state of the opening and closing plate (120) by being connected to the upper surface of a horizontal frame (101) arranged on one side of the first frame. The first frame (100) is arranged on the upper part of a second frame (200) fixed to the rainwater discharge chamber to be overlapped. The horizontal frame on the other side of the first frame (100) and the horizontal frame on the other side of the second frame (200) are mutually hinged in order to rotate upwards based on the second frame (200). |
