The present invention relates to a display module and a display device including the same. The display module includes: a display panel; a diffusion plate which is arranged on the rear side of the display panel; a bottom chassis which is separately arranged on the rear side of the diffusion plate; and a transparent spacer which supports a space between the diffusion plate and the bottom chassis. A light loss due to the spacer is reduced by forming a diffusion pattern on the spacer part of the spacer between the bottom chassis and the spacer.
