A repair method of a concrete pavement is disclosed. The repair method of the concrete pavement comprises: a process for cutting a portion where cracks and port holes are generated in a U-shape and spreading primer for improving the adhesive properties of a crack prevention agent on the concrete cut surface; a crack prevention agent spreading process for spreading the crack prevention agent for preventing reflection cracking on the top of the primer; a protection material installing process for installing a protection material for protecting the crack prevention agent on the top of the crack prevention agent to a specific depth; and a paving process for paving the top of the crack prevention agent with modified asphalt concrete.
