The present invention relates to a foldable box made of a foam resin material having high self-standing and airtight properties, which reduces the size of the box when the box is transferred by folding the box made of a foam resin material and maintains the shape of the unfolded box without additional tools. The foldable box comprises: multiple folding parts which are formed on the wall surfaces of the box made of the foam resin material in a horizontal direction and are protruding outward or inward from the wall surfaces so that the wall surfaces can be folded; cutting parts which are formed on the inner side or the outer side of the wall surfaces corresponding to the folding parts and seal the cut surfaces of the wall surfaces; and fixing parts which are formed on both sides of the cut surfaces and fix the cutting parts.
