PURPOSE: A bladder for a tire vulcanizing mold is provided to prevent the blockage of an air discharging passage installed on the bladder and the leakage of rubber at the end of the air discharging passage. CONSTITUTION: A bladder for a tire vulcanizing mold includes upper and lower gripping unit(1) gripping clamp rings(100, 200), and an extension unit(2) with plural air discharging passage(3) located in between the gripping unit. A porous filling body(4) is installed on the discharging end of the air discharging passage, and is formed with fiber texture body with pores. The filling body is attached to the air discharging passage using an adhesive agent layer, to be located on the air discharging passage during a molding process of the bladder by mounting the filling body on a bladder mold. Rubber forming the bladder absorbs into the filling body to form a rubber mixing layer on the filling body. |
