FIELD: chemistry.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for water purification by method of electroflocculation, and, in particular, for purifying drinking water from flowing water, lakes, ground water, sewages. Water purification tank contains tank (2), base (1) near lower part of tank, funnel (8), connected to upper part of tank, chute (4), connected with funnel (8), sink (5, 11) for flaky sediment, and pipeline (7) for discharge of solid sediment. At least, one set of electrodes (3) is located in tank. Base (1) in lower part is made inclined towards pipeline (7), or base is cone-shaped. Transverse section of tank is larger in its upper part than in its lower part. Spray-type valve (6) is installed in chute (6).EFFECT: increase of work efficiency and productivity of electrodes in device for water purification.8 cl, 4 dwg |
