FIELD: chemistry.SUBSTANCE: apparatus has a horizontal muffle furnace with a rotating cylindrical capsule inside a housing, consisting of two parts and having a horizontal sealed flange with a sealing device. The inside of the capsule is fitted with shaped guides in a plane perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the capsule and having semicircular depressions on the upper and lower planes. When fitted in the capsule, said guides form closed circles with neighbouring guides, wherein the long articles being processed are placed in said circles. There are lock-on connections at the edges of the guides. The shaped guides located on the equatorial part of the capsule are provided with latches which are able to interact with walls of the capsule in the area of the horizontal flange. The lock-on connections of the shaped guides are in form of Z-shaped protrusions and depressions located at the ends of the guides, capable of moving the guides relative each other only in the direction of the longitudinal axis of the capsule.EFFECT: longer service life of the article by preventing general or local corrosion thereof, reduced consumption of the saturating mixture and high efficiency of the furnace in which diffusion zinc coating is carried out.2 cl, 4 dwg |
