FIELD: electricity.SUBSTANCE: device consists of control circuit and power circuit that includes pulse transformer, MIS transistor, two diodes, choke and filter capacitor and the circuit consisting of series-connected demagnetising transistor and auxiliary capacitor; there's also auxiliary choke and diode. At that primary winding of the pulse transformer through source-drain junction of MIS transistor is connected to the converter input while secondary winding through diode and LC-filter is connected to the converter output; secondary winding of the pulse transformer is shunted by demagnetising circuit that consists of series-connected resistor and capacitor and auxiliary choke, at that resistor of demagnetising circuit is shunted by an auxiliary diode.EFFECT: improving mass-dimensional characteristics of the converter, increasing its efficiency factor, improving its reliability and expanding its scope of application.1 dwg |
