FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: shutoff valve comprises a casing with threaded girdle, a cover, a coupling nut interacting with the cover and with the casing by the thread, a sealing element set in the annular casing groove, a locking device consisting of a holder rigidly fixed on the casing, two draw rods coupled by a slack adjuster; one draw rod is pivotally connected to the holder and the other draw bar is connected by a removable pin to a lever interacting with the coupling nut, it is fitted with a hub on the opposite lever end, the hub axis is parallel to the casing axis as well as a pin distanced from the hub and mounted parallel to the casing axis. A cylindrical projection interacting with the lever hub is made on the outer cover surface in its centre. Counter planes of the cover and the casing comprise ring projections which are coaxial to the casing axis and form moving cylindrical fit; the nut perimeter is equipped by stops interacting with the lever pin, the dimensions of the groove in the stops in radial direction are greater than the lever pin diameter. The draw bar connected to the lever is fitted by several holes along the draw bar axis.EFFECT: improving shutoff valve tightness, simplified design and operation procedure.4 dwg |
