PURPOSE: A patient monitoring apparatus is provided to selectively combine and separate a position sensing module, a photographing module and a health check module in a structure having a bracelet shape, thereby monitoring the health state and surrounding circumstance of a patient through a portable terminal. CONSTITUTION: A position sensing module(1) has GPS. The position sensing module senses the position of a patient. A photographing module(2) photographs the surroundings of the patient. A health check module(3) checks the health of the patient. The position sensing module, photographing module and health check module are selectively combined and separated in a structure having a bracelet shape.
