The present invention relates to an opening and closing device for a hinged window, capable of allowing a user to freely open and close the window and preventing flame or smoke from being spread to a smoke protection section or an evacuation section by allowing the user to rapidly close the window when a fire breaks out while the window is open. An opening and closing unit comprises a door closer included in a box type case installed on a window frame; an operation lever performing a circular arc motion required for opening and closing the window by being connected to an operation shaft of the door closer; and an operation link performing the circular arc motion along the movement of the window opened or closed by being connected to the opening lever. A stopper stops the open window by being fixed to the lower end of the operation shaft. The stopper is released by a release unit operated by a sensing unit sensing the fire and installed in the case so that the open window is closed due to an operation force of the door closer. An inner link forming the operation link comprises a link body installed in a 占�shape or a T shape by evenly dispersing loads transmitted from the window while maintaining a horizontal state with the window; a lever slot formed on the thickness direction center of the link body; and a slider connected to an operation hole formed on the operation lever by being connected to the lever slot to be freely moved. The slider more protrudes than both sides of the link body in order to easily disperse the loads. |
