PURPOSE: A surgical device and a control method thereof are provided to minimize damage of a surgical-operated region, by controlling optimal output intensity and frequency automatically. CONSTITUTION: A voltage output unit outputs a voltage of a constant level. An output hand piece unit progresses incision, surgical removal and coagulation treatment of the surgical operation region. A correction circuit unit (40) corrects a voltage frequency of the constant level. An amplifier (50) amplifies a high frequency signal fed back from the output hand piece unit. A control unit (60) controls voltage output of the voltage output unit according to the high frequency signal.
