The present invention relates to a method for selectively preparing a corn husk-derived extract using corn husks as active ingredients. Provided is a method for preparing a corn-husk-derived extract, characterized by comprising the steps of: adding sulfuric acid to corn husks and performing hydrolysis; centrifuging the hydrolysate and separating residues from the hydrolysate; neutralizing the separated hydrolysate; filtering a precipitate and collecting a filtered liquid; removing ions remaining in the filtered liquid using ion exchange resin and collecting purified liquid; and performing size exclusion chromatography of the purified liquid and isolating an extract.
