PURPOSE: A sealing apparatus of organic light emitting diode is provided to increase the overall quality of products by tightly attaching a substrate and film with heat and pressure. CONSTITUTION: A lower stage(208) is located on the lower part of an inner chamber(204). A lower heat plate(214) is located at the top of the lower stage. The top heat plate(212) heats a substrate and film. A plate pressure unit(224) presses a substrate including the film. The plate pressure unit is located at the top of the outside(205) of a chamber. |
