The present invention relates to a photovoltaic apparatus with an electric power sensing module and a cell array monitoring apparatus including the electric power sensing module. Each cell module is detachable. The electric power sensing module measures the amount of power produced by each module and transmits the amount of power to the outside by a wire/wireless communication method. The state of each cell module is monitored by the electric power sensing module.
