PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measurement device that has robust usage characteristics to a frequent usage.SOLUTION: A measurement device (1) for inspecting at least one component of a solid specimen, a fluid specimen or a gas specimen comprises: a measurement chamber (2) that receives a specimen; a light source (3) that includes a carrier frequency and a modulation frequency and forms an electromagnetic wave (4) interacting with the specimen inside the measurement chamber (2); and an acoustically absorption device (6) that is synchronized with the modulation frequency. In the measurement device with the carrier frequency synchronized with at least one component, the acoustically absorption device (6) is disposed outside the measurement chamber (2) and has an acoustic output part (9) formed inside a wall (8) of the measurement chamber (2) or on the wall thereof. By the acoustic output part, the acoustically absorption device (6) is acoustically united or capable of being united with a specimen present inside the measurement chamber (2). |
