The present invention relates to a sealing module for an encoder device of an engine crank shaft, The sealing module for an encoder device of an engine crank shaft according to one embodiment of the present invention is applied to an encoder device which is coupled to an engine crank shaft for a vehicle having an encoder and a retainer arranged close to the encoder, and comprises: a connection plate which is coupled to one side of the retainer, and has a hollow hole to insert the crank shaft; a polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) oil seal sealing between the connection plate and the crank shaft; and a gasket made of an AEM rubber material and coupled to one side of the connection plate to seal between the retainer and the connection plate. In case, the rubber composition of the gasket is composed of: polymer made of the AEM material; 80-100 parts by weight of carbon black with respect to the 100 parts by weight of the polymer; salycilic acid for delaying the curing speed; and 3-amiopropyltrimehoxysilane for improving the compression property of the polymer.
