PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that a user cannot install a sheet supply cassette securely due to a variation in an installation condition such as a pushing-in degree by the user, when the sheet supply cassette is installed in an installation position, in an image forming apparatus having the sheet supply cassette.SOLUTION: An image forming apparatus includes an engagement member 55 provided on a sheet supply cassette, a double torsion coil spring 110 provided with a shaft hole 110b and an engaging part 110a in a compressed state via an elastic part, the shaft hole 110b being rotatably supported by a spring shaft 106 vertical to the sliding moving direction of the sheet supply cassette in an image forming apparatus 1 body, and the engagement part 110a being engageable with the engagement member 55, and a guide member 101 fixed to the image forming apparatus 1 body and regulating the movement of the engagement part 110a. |
