Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to insulation assemblies (100) that may be wrapped around conduits or other structures to form an insulated conduit assembly. The insulation assembly may include an outer jacket (102) and a plurality of trapezoidal insulation segments (104) coupled to the inside surface (102a) thereof. The trapezoidal insulation segments, which may be formed from closed- cell foam, conform to the shape of the conduit when wrapped thereon. Related methods are also provided.
