PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for controlling a nonvolatile memory, which enables the nonvolatile memory to be used by reverifying the correctness even when an error is detected in the nonvolatile memory.SOLUTION: A nonvolatile memory control device includes: a reading/writing unit 10e that reads and writes information in banks of a nonvolatile memory M; a detection unit 10f that detects whether an error has occurred on the basis of the information that is read or written by the reading/writing unit 10e; a registration unit 10g that registers a bank, in which the detection unit 10f has detected the occurrence of the error, as error information; a search unit 10d that searches for available banks in the nonvolatile memory M on the basis of the error information registered by the registration unit 10g; a verification unit 10i that verifies the availability of banks other than the banks searched for by the search unit 10d; and a cancellation unit 10j that cancels the registration of the error information for an area whose availability is verified by the verification unit 10i. |
