The invention relates to a securing device (100) which is designed to run along elongate securing means (150) on a person who is to be secured. Said securing device (100) comprises a base body (110) provided with a guiding element (111), a receiving body (120) which comprises a longitudinal axis (121), a housing (130) which can be secured in a movable manner to the base body (110), and a securing element (140) provided with a first securing nut (141). Said receiving body (120) is arranged in such a manner on the base body (110) that the securing means (150) can be guided between the receiving body (120) and the guiding element (111). Said securing element (140) is rotatably fixed to the base body (110) about a first rotational axis (142).
