PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To promote the cost reduction of a hot rolling line and to easily manage the process progress situation of a rolled product manufacturing line including the hot rolling line by appropriately controlling the rolling order of a metal material to reduce the unit requirement of fuel used in a heating furnace.SOLUTION: A rolling order control device 1 in one embodiment includes a display part 3, a processing part 5, and a control part 6. The processing part 5 determines the status of a metal material in each yard based on the receiving and putting-out situation of the metal material between respective yards. The processing part 5 determines the rolling order of the metal material and prepares a manufacturing process plan of rolled products following the determined rolling order. The display part 3 displays a planning screen that shows the manufacturing process plan. The control part 6 controls hot rolling lines 130, 140 to fulfill the metal material rolling order. |
