[Class 52 (v)] [See also Group XVIII] A display stand for plates &c. comprises four limbs connected together at a common point of intersection, the two lower limbs 4 having hooks or notches 3 at their front ends and each extending backwardly to support the whole at 7, and the two upper limbs being arranged to support the back of the plate &c. As shown two plywood members 1, 2 are slotted and halved together to form a cross presenting a front face sloping rearwardly upwards from the hooks 3. An extension at the front may carry further articles, e.g. a cup and saucer. The four limbs may be hinged together and maintained in their open position by stops.
