PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method of a string beam structure, by which a tensioning force can be easily introduced into both a first lower chord beam and second lower chord beams for the string beam structure which has the annular first lower chord beam and the radially extending second lower chord beams.SOLUTION: A construction method of a string beam structure 1 includes the steps of: introducing tensioning force for engineering into each of divided cables 10A, 10B formed by dividing a structural cable 10 and marking, in this state, each of the divided cables 10A, 10B with a connection position with each tie-rod 20; connecting the divided cables 10A, 10B to each other in a ring shape inside an outer peripheral beam 3; connecting the tie-rods 20 to the marked positions of the structural cable 10, respectively, and adjusting the lengths of the tie-rods 20; and bringing ends of the divided cables 10A, 10B closer to each other at the connection positions of the divided cables 10A, 10B and introducing the tensioning force into the structural cable 10 and the tie-rods 20. |
