摘要 <p>Disclosed is a method for producing ferro-silicon and magnesium by using ferro-nickel slag which is the byproduct of a ferro-nickel production process. Provided is a method for producing magnesium from ferro-nickel slag including the steps of: mixing a first raw material which includes ferro-nickel slag, ferro-silicon slag, ferro-silicon, and magnesium reduction catalysis; evaporating the mixed first raw material in the vacuum atmosphere of a heat reducing furnace; and recovering the evaporated magnesium in the heat reducing furnace. Further, provided are methods for producing ferro-silicon from magnesium slag which is the byproduct of making magnesium and for producing magnesium by using ferro-silicon slag which is the byproduct of making ferro-silicon in order to produce a magnesium producing agent. According to the present invention, the cost of energy is reduced and the exhaustion of carbon monoxide is reduced, so that environmental problems can be solved and the resource to be discarded as the byproduct of processes can be recycled to produce magnesium and ferro-silicon.</p>
