PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a puncture device which can prevent a casing for a mounted puncture needle tip from moving in the releasing direction from a mounted part, and cannot need an excess force for mounting and releasing of a puncture needle tip.SOLUTION: A puncture device 1 has a puncture needle tip detachably mounted at its distal end, and can be used when it punctures the surface of a living body. The puncture device 1 includes: a hollow housing having a mounting part on which a casing 18 of the puncture needle tip is detachably mounted, at its distal end; and collets 5 which are parallelly aranged inside the mounting part along the circumferential direction, and in which when the casing 18 is mounted on the mounting part, three ribs 44a of the casing 18 are contacted therewith to thereby elastically deform leading to pressure contact with the respective ribs 44a, thus having pressure contact pieces 58a-58f with different elastic moduli. In a condition in which the casing 18 is mounted on the mounting part, pressure contact pieces 58 having different elastic moduli make pressure contact with two of the respective ribs 44a. |
