PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a binder solution, a cathode mixture and an anode mixture that are suitable for increasing the capacity and voltage, the binder, cathode mixture and anode mixture being capable of well holding a powdery electrode material even though they are used in a reduced amount compared with conventional cases, showing high adhesion to a current collecting base material, and having high flexibility so that, when an electrode is thickly applied, wound and pressed to increase the density, the electrode shows no crack.SOLUTION: A binder solution is a solution which dissolves a binder including fluorine-containing polymer in an organic solvent. The fluorine-containing polymer includes: a polymerization unit based on vinylidene fluoride; and a polymerization unit based on a monomer comprising an amid group (-CO-NRR'(R and R' are same or different, and respectively represent a hydrogen atom or an optionally substituted alkyl group)) or an amid bond (-CO-NR"-(R" represents a hydrogen atom, an optionally substituted alkyl group or an optionally substituted phenyl group)). A solution viscosity of the fluorine-containing polymer is 10-20,000 mPa s. |
