PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voice assisting device which can reduce a burden on a user and enables the user to pronounce clearer words.SOLUTION: A voice assisting device 1 includes: an air compressing part 2; an inflation and deflation member 3; a first tube 5; an artificial vocal cord 4; a second tube 6; an opening and closing valve 7 which can switch the second tube 6 between an open state and a closed state; a switch part 8 which keeps the opening and closing valve 7 in the open state to supply air placed in the inflation and deflation member 3 to the artificial vocal cord 4 when being operated by a user to open and keeps the opening and closing valve in the closed state to prevent the air placed in the inflation and deflation member 3 from being supplied to the artificial vocal cord 4 when being operated by the user to close; and air supply control parts 9, 23 which are configured to supply the air from the air compressing part 2 to the inflation and deflation member 3 when the amount of the air in the inflation and deflation member 3 is less than a preset amount of air and to prevent the air from being supplied from the air compressing part 2 to the inflation and deflation member 3 when the amount of the air in the inflation and deflation member 3 is equal to or more than the preset amount of air. |
