The present invention relates to a high dielectric polymer composition and an energy storage device using the same. A cyanoethylation polymer composition by the present invention has excellent adhesion and coating performance to the surface of a plastic film, aluminum film or copper film, and a fiber material and provides a negative electrode active material for a lithium secondary battery with improved electrolyte solution resistance and a manufacturing method thereof. |
