PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further easily adjust the focus of a projector.SOLUTION: A projector 1 for projecting an image on a screen SC comprises: a zoom lens 25 configured to adjust the size of a projected image; a focus lens 24 configured to adjust the focus of the projected image with respect to the focus lens 24; a position detecting section 48 configured to detect a position of the zoom lens 25; and a focus control section 12 configured to limit a focus adjustment range for the focus lens 24 on the basis of the position of the zoom lens 25, detected by the position detecting section 48. |
