APPARATUS FOR MANUFACTURING SOLAR CELL USING LASER

The present invention relates to an apparatus for manufacturing a solar cell using a laser and includes a first carrying-in unit, a first laser fabrication unit, a first carrying-out unit and a first rotation unit. The first carrying-in unit carries in a solar cell substrate and prepares a camera for alignment for photographing a solar cell substrate for aligning the solar cell substrate. The first laser fabrication unit is separated apart from the first carrying-in unit along a first rotation direction and has a laser beam irradiation unit for irradiating laser beam on the solar cell substrate to form a pattern. The first carrying-out unit is separated apart from the first laser fabrication unit along the first rotation direction and the fabrication-finished solar cell substrate is carried out. The first rotation unit has: a plurality of support plates for supporting each solar cell substrate; a first rotation plate in which each of the plurality of support plates are separately arranged; and a rotation driving unit for rotating a first rotation plate along the first rotation direction.
