PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic controller in which a plurality of high heating elements can be positioned on a heat sink. SOLUTION: In an electronic controller 1, a plurality of high heating elements 41 can be positioned on a heat sink 40 and fixed thereto while holding the orientation of terminals 47 in an appropriate state by means of each terminal holding part 52b of holding/fixing means 42. Consequently, each high heating element 41 can be connected easily to a first circuit board 21 without correcting the position thereof.
