PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve the homogenous cultivation of a plant which improves flexibility toward attachment by enabling exact and optimal attachment even in the case of attaching at an already installed supporting frame without causing growth unevenness, etc. SOLUTION: This irradiation device is equipped with a long and slender base body 3 formed by a raw material having thermoconductivity, at least ≥1 LED light-emitting part 4, ... having at least ≥1 LED 2, ..., arranged at the lower surface 3d of the base body 3, a hanging down body 6 made as one unit with a first attaching part 6d constituted as capable of attaching at an arbitrary position of the base body 3 and a second attaching part 6u constituted as capable of attaching at an arbitrary position of a supporting frame F through a linking part 6c having a predetermined length, and at least ≥2 hanging down tools 5, ... having fixing means 7 for fixing the first attaching part 6d at the base body 3 and also fixing the second attaching part 6u at the supporting frame F.
