PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exercise implement for a tongue, performing training using the tongue in two or more directions by providing a tongue push-up part at the end of a meshing part provided in the vicinity of the tip of a bar-like member, inserting the meshing part and the tongue push-up part from two or more portions of an oral cavity, and varying the meshing position of the meshing part. SOLUTION: This exercise implement for a tongue includes: a bar-like member; a meshing part provided in the vicinity of the end of the bar-like member; and the tongue push-up part provided at the end of the meshing part in the same direction as the meshing part. The tongue push-up part is an elastically deformable plate-like member (inclined downward at an angle of 0-20°), and the meshing part is bitten and fixed between optional opposite upper and lower teeth.
