<p>The present invention relates to a method for suppressing the expression of Homo sapiens interleukin 12A (natural killer cell stimulatory factor 1, cytotoxic lymphocyte maturation factor 1, p35) (IL12A) proteins which are related to inflammation by making DNA fragments which complementarily bind to mRNA generated during an expression of Homo sapiens interleukin 12A (natural killer cell stimulatory factor 1, cytotoxic lymphocyte maturation factor 1, p35) (IL12A) genes. The regulation of expression levels of Homo sapiens interleukin 12A (natural killer cell stimulatory factor 1, cytotoxic lymphocyte maturation factor 1, p35) (IL12A) is used for regulating accumulation of amyloid beta and a system thereof and preventing apoptosis and dementia.</p> |
