The purpose of the present invention is to enable users to recognize clear letters on a vehicle license plate using reflected light by gradually applying a reflective layer, a bead layer, and a coating layer on a letter display part embossed on the license plate by press-forming; and using a permeable body made of a plurality of glass beads or prism for the bead layer. The present invention enables users to recognize clear letters on the license plate at night or at a long distance by reflecting light applied to the license plate from exterior lighting using a retroreflective function and lighting the letter display part of the license plate. |
