<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact retractor for a seat belt capable of preventing the occurrence of an end lock by erroneous operation of a webbing acceleration sensing means and a lock member itself of an emergency lock mechanism. <P>SOLUTION: In this retractor for the seat belt, a WS lever 50 of the webbing acceleration sensing means is controlled so as to be held in a first nonoperational position of not checking rotation in the webbing extracting direction of a steering wheel 40 when completing winding of a webbing by a control plate 80. The WS lever 50 prevents a rotational delay in the steering wheel 40 to a spindle 1 by being held in the first nonoperational position when completing the winding of the webbing, and holds a lock dog 20 in a lock releasing position of not engaging with a frame 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
