PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation device in which spring force of a torsion bar can be adjusted at the front of a cabinet. SOLUTION: At a link 2 coupled to the torsion bar 4 via a lever 3, an adjustment function of a torque produced by the torsion bar 4 is installed. That is, the link 2 is made to have a division structure, a first link member 2a and a second link member 2c are screw fastened to each other by using a nut 2b, and the length of the link 2 is changed, by adjusting this screw fastening, thereby the torque adjustment by the torsion bar 4 is carried out.
