A maintenance device for the blade of a wind turbine is disclosed. The maintenance device for the blade of a wind turbine according to the embodiment of the present invention comprises a pair of driving bodies attached to both sides of a shear web using magnetic force with the shear web inside a blade between them to move with the shear web; a working robot arm installed on one or more driving bodies; and a working unit on the working robot arm to perform maintenance work for the blade.
