The present invention relates to a descaler for rolling mills, capable of removing scale generated in an object and simultaneously operating the cleaning work of the rolling mill. The descaler comprises: a pillar unit installed between the rolling mill and a side guide; an extension unit installed to be lifted to the pillar unit; a horizontal rotation unit installed at the extension unit to be rotated in a horizontal direction; a vertical rotation unit installed at the horizontal rotation unit to be rotated in a vertical direction and in which a nozzle is installed; and a driving unit providing the power to the extension unit, the horizontal rotation unit, and the vertical rotation unit.
