<p>The present invention relates to an energy managing method using an outdoor air cooling method and an energy managing device for the same to aim to reduce cooling loads and to save energy by managing indoor temperature using outdoor air in the cooling operation of a building. The present invention minimizes installation costs for each building to be managed by using a network-based building energy managing system; and installs the system step by step by subdividing and modularizing the system by functions. Also, the present invention maximizes energy-saving effects using systematically integrated management for various buildings by providing real-time or periodic data analysis services through an integrated platform; and supports energy-saving operation using continuous inspection and feedback for building energy management states by analyzing web-based real-time or periodic energy consumption patterns. In addition to this, the present invention has excellent effects in reducing the cooling loads of heat source equipment and saving energy by managing the intake of outdoor air based on the indoor and outdoor temperature of a building in the cooling operation of the building.
