<p>PURPOSE: A persimmon peeling device having a stem end part peeler is provided to peel the skin of the stem end area of a persimmon immediately after the completion of removing the outer skin and the stem end of the persimmon. CONSTITUTION: A rotating unit(16) is installed on the upper one side of a frame(12) for the stem end area of a persimmon(14) to stick into a spindle(32) connected to a motor(28) of the rotating unit which is provided with rotary power. A pressurizer(18) pressurizes and supports the persimmon which sticks through a pressing unit(38) into the spindle(32). The skin peeler(20) uses a skin peeling blade(56) on the end of a skin peeling arm(48) to remove the skin of the stem end of the persimmon(14). The stem end peeler uses a removal blade on the end part of the skin peeling arm. A stem end area peeler(26) which peels the stem end area of the persimmon is mounted on the periphery of the pressurizer. The stem end area peeler is composed of a guide tube; a driving shaft which is installed on the guide tube to be idly rotatable and to be rotated by a return spring and a lever(76); and a cutting blade(74) which is installed on the end part of the driving shaft.</p> |
