摘要 Disclosed is a navigation system for surgery capable of providing an accurate navigation function for endoscope surgeries of otorhinolaryngology such as a paranasal sinus in which extremely big curves are existed. The navigation system for surgery comprises: a curved tracker in which a plurality of markers, which generates energy, is included; a master device which is connected to the curved tracker, and which activates the markers; a tracking sensor which detects and receives energy from the markers; and a processor which is connected to the tracking sensor and the curved tracker, and which matches set markers correspond to energy positions of the detected markers and tracks confirmed markers after deciding positions of energy generated from the detected markers by the tracking sensor.
