PURPOSE: Cultivation method and apparatus for bean sprouts without the unique bad flavor are provided to enable users to easily cultivate the bean sprouts having abundant nutrients without using a separate growth-promotion agent or an agricultural chemical. CONSTITUTION: A cultivation method for bean sprouts without the unique bad flavor comprises the following steps: cleanly washing raw ingredients including beans, and stirring the raw ingredients in water for 4-6 hours; inserting the raw ingredients into a cultivation container including a draining unit(40) and a perforation plate(42) on the upper side of the perforation plate, and supplying cultivation water 4-5 times a day for 3 days; and supplying the cultivation water to the cultivated bean sprouts 4-5 times a day for 2 days. The water for the stirring process and the cultivation water is magnetic water obtained by adding the weak current to purified water and irradiating the water with far infrared rays. |
