The present invention relates to a structure for a public facility and, in particular to, a structure for a public facility and a manufacturing method thereof capable of realizing various and dynamic images reflecting surrounding background by applying graphic images of required designs by a laser cutting process and forming a mirror surface on the thickness surface. The structure for a public facility according to the present invention comprises front panels and rear panels spaced apart at regular intervals in parallel and incised to have the same outer contours and inner patterns; side end-panels arranged along the outer contours of the front panels and rear panels so as to close outer gaps formed by the separation between the front panels and the rear panels; and reflective panels arranged along the inner patterns of the front panel and rear panels so as to close inner gaps formed by the separation between the front panels and the rear panels while reflecting surrounding background. |
