The present invention relates to a porous inorganic adsorbent composition with an average particle size of 1-5 μm including illite, tourmaline, mordenite, and monazite, a preparation method of an adsorbent, and an adsorption cloth including the adsorbent composition, and an oil fence. When the porous inorganic adsorbent composition according to the present invention is used for an adsorption cloth or an oil fence, the composition improves oil adsorption power, adsorption rate, and adsorption efficiency and prevents secondary environmental contamination.
