The present invention relates to a preparing method of a highly absorbent resin capable of reducing the deviation of physical properties by controlling the temperature increase rate by two steps when the surface is cross-linked. The method can easily control the penetration depth of a surface cross-linking member by decreasing the temperature increase time of the highly absorbent resin when the highly absorbent resin is manufactured, thereby improving physical properties.
