SYSTEME ET PROCEDE DE DEMODULATION DE SYMBOLES D'UN SIGNAL DE TELEVISION NUMERIQUE TERRESTRE

The method involves detecting and decoding a preamble symbol contained in a frame. The demodulation of frame is performed using the information contained in preamble symbol. A delay which is same as duration of detection of preamble symbol is applied to a digital video broadcasting-second generation terrestrial signal, during demodulation process. The detection of size of guard tapes which separate the various symbol of signal frame is performed and the guard tapes are eliminated. Finally, the delay which is same as duration of detection of size of guard tape is applied to signal. Independent claims are included for the following: (1) device for receiving digital video broadcasting-second generation terrestrial signal; and (2) system for processing digital video broadcasting-second generation terrestrial signal.
