A papilla ureteoneocystostomy and a xenotransplantation animal model are provided, in which the incision of the mucous membrane is facilitated and wide urethra can be secured. A papilla ureteoneocystostomy comprises: a step for anesthetizing donor and the receiver to transplant kidney; a step for extracting the kidney of donor and separating the ureter; a step for separation ligation artery and vein of kidney and extracting the kidney; a step for separating the muscularis of bladder; a step for producing urinary bladder papilla; a step for cutting urinary bladder papilla so that the diameter can be 6-8mm; a step for anastomose; and a step for suturing the muscular coat of bladder, the urinary vessels, and tunica serosa. |
