Provided is an appratus for laparoscpoic surgery capable of shortening operation time. The appratus for laparoscpoic surgery includes a tong part including a first grip and a second grip in which electric potential with different polarities is applied, a grip control unit for controlling the movement of the first grip and the second grip, and an electric potential switch for determinign the polarity of the electric potential applied to the first grip and the second grip.
